Zibo Baogang Lingzhi Rare Earth Hi-tech Co., Ltd.
Zibo Baogang Lingzhi Rare Earth Hi-tech Co., Ltd. was founded in April 1994.In June 2003, the company became a partially-owned subsidiary of China Northern Rare Earth Group (Inner Mongolia Baogang Rare Earth High-tech Co., Ltd.) In March 2009, the company carried out shareholding reform and was listed at Tianjin Equity Exchange. In 2012, the company successfully passed the special examination for environmental protection of the rare earth industry conducted by the Ministry of Environmental Protection. At the end of the same year, the company became one of the first enterprises which were permitted to engage in the rare earth business by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.
