On January 15th, the second and third employee (member) representative conferences of the company were held in the conference room on the third floor of the office. A total of 112 management cadres and employee representatives attended the conference, which was presided over by Comrade Chang Chuande, Secretary of the company's Party Committee and Deputy General Manager.

At the meeting, Guo Yusheng, the Executive Vice General Manager of the company, gave an administrative work report, summarizing the main work of 2019 and deploying the key work for 2020. In 2019, with the joint efforts of all cadres and employees, the company made significant progress in all aspects of work, successfully completed the annual production and operation tasks, and achieved historical highs in concentrate processing, rare earth separation, and polishing powder production; In 2020, the company will focus on eight major work tasks: first, managing relocation projects, second, production management, fifth, safety and environmental protection management, fourth, technological innovation, fifth, supply and marketing management, sixth, team building, seventh, financial auditing, and eighth, performance evaluation.

 

The Production Department has explained the Comprehensive Production Plan for Lingzhi Rare Earth in 2020, the Finance Department has explained the Financial Budget Plan for Lingzhi Rare Earth in 2020, and the Comprehensive Department has explained the Performance Assessment for Lingzhi Rare Earth in 2020, the Collective Wage Contract for Lingzhi Rare Earth in 2020, and the Revision of Company Rules and Regulations.

The conference solemnly commended the collectives and individuals who have been awarded the advanced titles of Baotou Steel Group and Northern Rare Earth, as well as the special contribution award, outstanding managers, outstanding team leaders, outstanding workers, and outstanding Communist Party members of the company.
