On July 22nd, the company held a general election for the trade union committee, with 46 employee representatives and four non voting representatives attending the meeting.

This Workers' Congress was held in accordance with the legal procedures for the replacement of the labor union, and successfully completed twelve established agendas. The meeting elected a new labor union committee for the company.

All attending representatives reviewed and approved the company's labor union work report, reviewed and approved the explanation of the company's 20 rules and regulations related to employee interests, reviewed and approved the explanation of the use of employee assistance funds, and reviewed and approved the explanation of the company's collective contract execution.

Finally, Guo Yusheng, Secretary of the Party Committee and Executive Vice General Manager of the company, gave an important speech, analyzing the current situation faced by the company and the current production and operation situation.
