On the afternoon of January 15th, the company held the 2015 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference, chaired by Guo Yusheng, the Executive Vice President of the company. A total of 160 people, including company leaders, all cadres, technical personnel, and key management personnel, attended the conference.

In 2015, facing the severe market situation, under the leadership of Northern Rare Earth Group, the company worked together to strengthen internal management, strive to tap potential, increase technological transformation efforts, strengthen market development, and achieved good production and operation performance.

At the meeting, the company commended 32 exemplary individual, 10 advanced teams and 3 advanced departments in 2015, and the main heads of each department and unit made speeches respectively. Guo Yusheng, the executive deputy general manager, made a keynote speech on behalf of the company, put forward the main business management ideas and objectives focused on innovation in 2016, and made arrangements for the main work.
