On March 1st, our company, as one of the three typical enterprises in "Science and Technology Linzi" in Linzi District, Zibo City, accepted a joint on-site interview by 16 Shandong news media units, including Dazhong Daily and Shandong Business Daily.

Our company is an important enterprise in rare earth smelting and separation in China, using the only alkaline production process in China. We have the most complete processing flow in China, including concentrate → rare earth chloride → extraction separation → precipitation crystallization → metal → neodymium iron boron. In terms of linked extraction separation production process, COD treatment technology, polishing powder production, etc., we have reached the advanced level in the same industry.

Our company passed the ISO9001 quality system certification in 1997, passed the acceptance of clean production units in Shandong Province in 2009, was recognized as the "Engineering Technology Research Center" of Zibo City in 2012, was recognized as the provincial "Enterprise Technology Center" in 2014, and passed the ISO14001 environmental management system certification and GB/T28001 occupational health and safety management system certification in 2015.

In recent years, we have introduced a large number of highly educated professionals with professional qualifications, and have established two career promotion channels: "management" and "technology".
