The third meeting of the fourth board of directors ofZibo Baogang Lingzhi Rare Earth Hi-tech Co., Ltd. was held on June 11, 2019 in the company's conference room. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Yu Yingwu, the Chairman of the company, and all directors of the company attended the meeting. The company's supervisors and some senior executives attended the meeting as observers.
