On December 19, 2019, the company held a special training session on Contract Law, Contract Practice, and Risk Control in the conference room on the third floor.

This training was explained by Shandong Dadi Law Firm, the legal advisor of the company, and 61 people from various departments and production units of the company participated in contract management related to production, supply, sales, safety and environmental protection, and financial systems.

This training is based on the actual situation of contract management in the company's current production and operation, and focuses on the needs of the company's future business strategy development. During the training process, the Contract Law, contract practice requirements, and risk prevention measures were analyzed and explained in combination with specific cases, and courseware was distributed to various departments for daily learning. The purpose of this training is to further enhance the awareness of the importance of contracts among all participants, enhance their ability to control contract risks, and continuously improve and promote the level of contract management among personnel at all levels.

During the training process, experts provided specialized answers to practical questions raised by relevant departments and provided corresponding suggestions.

After the training meeting, Comrade Guo Yusheng, Executive Vice General Manager of the company, gave a concluding speech. Mr. Guo proposed that all levels and departments should carefully study the Contract Law and contract practices in their daily work, effectively improve the level of contract management and risk control capabilities, further standardize various types of contract texts, and elevate the company's standardized management to a new level.
