On May 16th, the Market Value Management Research Center of Chinese Listed Companies released the 2012 Market Value Management Performance Report, and the "Top 100 Market Value Management Companies in China in 2012" was released. The award ceremony will be held on May 26th at the 6th China Listed Company Market Value Management Summit Forum held at the Yongxing Garden Hotel in Beijing. Benefiting from the support and development of rare earth industry policies, Baotou Steel Rare Earth ranked first in the Top 100 with excellent results, with a total score of 78.14, followed by Energy, Kweichow Moutai, Yanghe, Zhongke Third Ring, Shaan Guotou A, Luzhou Laojiao, Changyu A, Shanxi Fenjiu and Xiaoying Farming and Animal Husbandry, ranking top ten in the "Top 100" list.

To celebrate International Women's Day on March 8th, a series of fun cultural and sports activities were held in our factory area in the afternoon. This event was led by the company's labor union, and female workers in the factory actively responded and participated.
