On December 19, 2019, the company held a special training session on Contract Law, Contract Practice, and Risk Control in the conference room on the third floor. This training was explained by Shandong Dadi Law Firm, the legal advisor of the company, and 61 people from various departments and production units of the company participated in contract management related to production, supply, sales, safety and environmental protection, and financial systems.

On the afternoon of October 29th, a third quarter work meeting was held in the conference room on the third floor of the company's office. The meeting was chaired by Guo Yusheng, the executive vice president of the company, and attended by cadres at or above the deputy department level, team leaders, and department heads.

In order to commemorate the 98th anniversary of the founding of the CPC, we will solidly promote the company's educational activities on the theme of "never forget the original intention, remember the mission", further strengthen the ideological and political construction of the company's party members, and inherit and carry forward the fine traditions and style of the party. On June 30th, the company's party committee organized party members to visit the former site of the 618 War Preparedness Radio Station in Yiyuan, learn about the advanced deeds of the older generation of Communist Party members, revisit the revolutionary process, strengthen propaganda and education for party members, and enhance their awareness of upholding their original aspirations and fulfilling their missions.

The third meeting of the fourth board of directors of Zibo Baogang Lingzhi Rare Earth Hi-tech Co., Ltd. was held on June 11, 2019 in the company's conference room. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Yu Yingwu, the Chairman of the company, and all directors of the company attended the meeting. The company's supervisors and some senior executives attended the meeting as observers.

The company held the second employee (member) representative conference on January 25, 2019, with a total of 108 people attending. Comrade Chang Chuande, Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager of the company, presided over the conference. Comrade Guo Yusheng, Executive Vice General Manager of the company, delivered a report on the work of the General Manager titled "Strict management and severe punishment, real implementation, and comprehensive promotion of the company's development to a higher level".

On the afternoon of February 3rd, the company held the 2018 Spring Festival Gala, in which more than 1000 employees and their families, except for those on duty, participated. The celebration lasted for three hours.
